5:00 Wrap up meeting and for those who can stay, have a pot-luck supper (beef stew provided). Bring a side dish, cheese, and crackers for meeting, dessert, salad… whatever. BYOB for after the meeting.

To bring ideas for the development of 3-ring binders for all officers, repeater license trustee/director, and others as needed (e.g., QFQ editor, membership coordinator, historian, P.R. liaison…) to contain basic information, as follows, to provide more seamless transitions from officer to officer, or set of
officers to the next.
Suggestions for Binder Contents (for discussion, as deemed appropriate per officer):

- Boiler-plate secretary’s minutes
- Boiler-plate treasurer’s report
- CVARC bylaws
- Officer’s responsibilities (in “bullet form” to clarify bylaws and traditions)
- Contact information for all other officers
- Contact information for any whom that officer may need to contact to fulfill their responsibilities (e.g. Vermont Public Television
- for repeater site rental, ARRL for license for W1BD, So. Barre
- P.O. for signature and keys to CVARC mailbox, CVARC bank account bank and authorized signature process

- CVARC property sign-in/out list with responsible name and location of property
